Spa Channel Plays More Bill Leslie Music

Skara Brae Settlement in Scotland – Older than Stonehenge and The Great Pyramids of Egypt

Sirius XM Radio has added two new Bill Leslie songs to its broadcast playlist. The Spa Channel, number 68 on your XM dial, has chosen to feature tunes from Bill’s Celtic Peace album released in May, 2021.

Golden Eagle and Skara Brae are the latest of numerous Bill Leslie songs to receive airplay over the years by Sirius XM. Bill composed Golden Eagle as a celebration of the national bird of Scotland. The large, speedy and nimble raptor can be seen soaring over the Isle of Mull on the way to Iona on the west coast of Scotland. Bill wrote Skara Brae to honor a neolithic village on the Orkney Islands of Scotland. The Skara Brae settlement is more than 5,000 years old which makes it older than the Great Pyramids of Egypt.

Sirius XM has been playing Bill Leslie songs since his first album, Peaceful Journey, was released in 2005. Mattamuskeet, Ocracoke, Tin Roof Rain and Montreat are just four of the Peaceful Journey songs you can still hear today on Sirius XM. Peaceful Journey hit number one on the world music charts and earned Bill the award for Best New Artist by New Age Reporter.

Celtic Peace continues to be played on many radio stations worldwide. If you would like to purchase a copy of this beautiful album and any of the other albums, check out this link to the Bill Leslie Store.https://billleslie.com/store/
